Chris has been in the fitness world for over 35 years as a high school athlete, a college athlete, a Personal Trainer and an avid runner who has completed both half and full marathons. He believes nutrition and movement are major contributing factors to quality of life and longevity. He has volunteered with an inclusive weekend camp assisting individuals with traumatic brain injuries. He has significant experience in working with Seniors, individuals with disabilities as well as athletes.
